- Basic service of the funeral director and staff
- Transport to Lee Funeral Home
- Embalming
- Other preparation of body
- Use of facilities and/or staff for viewing
- Use of facilities and/or staff for one-hour viewing
- Use of facilities and/or staff for one-hour funeral service
- Cremation
Must choose one,
- Cremation Caskets starting at $600, or
- Rental Casket Available $650 (includes Alternative Container)

If you elect not to select a package you will be charged individual pricing. This includes substitutions of any kind. Packages may not be changed.
Tribute Memorial Items may be added at additional charge (register book, folders, etc.)
Urn and death certificates are not included.
